Our seven step, customized service process brings that dream to life.

• Step One
  We assess your needs and then explore all aspects of your personal living, entertaining and decorating styles as well as functionality requirements and budget.
• Step Two
  We meet with you to review our initial conceptual drawing and detailed estimate with specifications. These are discussed, adjusted and agreed upon with approved paperwork and deposit.
• Step Three
  We design full scaled drawings and elevations and work hand in hand with you until they meet your approval.
• Step Four
  We escort you to the showrooms of Charlotte’s finest suppliers to select just the right tile, lighting, flooring, plumbing, windows, doors and exterior treatments for your project.
• Step Five
  We hold a Pre-Construction conference where the designer, project manager, major trade craftsmen and client walk through the project together.
• Step Six
  We engage the highest quality craftsmen and manage them each step of the way with your personal designer at hand to tweak details.
• Step Seven
  We maintain warm relationships with our clients and are regularly called to do additional projects eight and nine years later.
